Assam: Honey bee attack claims life in Morigaon

In a tragic incident, a died after being attacked by a swarm of bees in front of Morigaon Shaheed Bhawan on January 9.

The victim, identified as Deepak Nandy, sustained severe injuries in the attack. He was immediately taken to Morigaon Civil Hospital for treatment but was declared dead on arrival by the doctors. The incident has caused a stir in Morigaon.

It is worth mentioning that this bee hive has been a cause of concern for a while now, with several people being attacked. However, no action has been taken by any department or administration in Morigaon, leading to this unfortunate incident.

The deceased, Deepak Nandy, is also known as Madhu and was the owner of Quality Hotel in Morigaon.
