PASIGHAT: The Academic Board Adi Bane Kebang on Tuesday felicitated the recently selected/qualified officers of Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) and General Duty Medical Officers (GDMOs) exam.

 

The felicitation programme was organized by Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission at a hotel in Itanagar.

 

Speaking at the event Kaling Moyong, MLA of Pasighat East, said that the state's young officers should work on the task of bringing Arunachal Pradesh to a greater height of development.

 

He also exhorted the state government's mission and vision under the leadership of Chief Minister Pema Khandu.

Addressing the programme, Onit Panyang, IAS also encouraged the award winners to be sincere in performing their duties in compliance with the service rule and to be a good partner of the community in the development process.

 

Sharing his administrative experiences, he said that bureaucracy is a critical part of providing pragmatic and sincere efforts for government policies and programs.

 

Dr. Moromor Lego briefed that in their approach to their patients, doctors should be pragmatic. He also said, 'Doctors have a multidimensional role in the development of society and towards the state.

 

ABK President Getom Borang, on his part, said that we need to be proactive as a community to contribute to the development of Arunachal Pradesh. He appraised the young officers to be obedient and sincere toward their duties.
