Arunachal gets its first Sainik School

Pasighat (Arunachal), September 11, 2018:

Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu, on the occasion of Universal Brotherhood Day, inaugurated the state’s first Sainik School at Niglok in East Siang district on Tuesday.

Khandu expressed the hope that the coming up of the Sainik School would give more chances to children and youth to join armed forces and they would be able to serve the state and the country in better ways and positions.

The CM was accompanied by his deputy Chowna Mein, Education Minister, Honchun Ngandam, BJP state president and former MP, Tapir Gao, Lok Sabha member Ninong Ering, local MLA Er Tatung Jamoh and other HMLAs along with Major General Bhaskar Kalita and authorities of Sainik School.
