ARUNACHAL: MOS HOME KIREN RIJIJU ASSURES HELP TO SET UP BAMBOO INDUSTRIES

Union Minister of State (MoS) for Home Affairs Kiren Rijiju has reportedly given assurance for setting up of bamboo based industries in all the districts of Arunachal Pradesh for the constant pursuance from Arunachal Pradesh Bamboo Resource Development Agency (APBRDA).

MoS Home asked APBRDA chairman to encourage the people of Arunachal especially farmers to gear up for bamboo plantation in large scale in non forest area when latter called on him at his official residence in New Delhi on Thursday.

The MoS also assured to extend all possible help to promote bamboo industries and plantation in the State.
