A State Transport bus, while it was plying on Arunachal Pradesh’s Itanagar ISBT to Tirbin road, met with an accident on Wednesday.

Several passengers have been, reportedly, injured in the accident as the bus fell into a gorge near Tirbin town in Arunachal Pradesh. According to reports, the APST bus was travelling from Itanagar to Tirbin.

An APST official informed that the all the passengers sustained minor injuries and were provided with the required medical aid.
The cause of the accident is yet to be established. More details awaited.
It may be mentioned here that just recently a road accident was reported from Arunachal's Namsai district, wherein nineteen people were seriously injured, including one death.
