Three Army personnel were killed after the truck they were traveling in fell into a gorge near the Tapi area, in Upper Subansiri on the Trans-Arunachal Highway.
The personnel have been identified as Hav Nakhat Singh, Nk Mukesh Kumar and Gdr Ashish.
