Arunachal: Young Journalists Mintu Tamuli dies of cardiac arrest

ITANAGAR: Mintu Tamuli, the young and promising journalist had died of cardiac arrest yesterday evening.
Mintu Tamuli's sudden death has startled and grieved the state's media community, as well as the media communities of the other northeast states with which he was associated.
The 32-year-old journalist was also an active member of the Arunachal Pradesh Literary Society.
Tamuli was born in Arunachal and raised in various regions of the state, originally hailing from New Rowmari in Assam.
State, chief minister Pema Khandu, several parties, groups, friends family has mourned His death.

Taking to Twitter chief minister Pema Khandu in a condolence message wrote, "Deeply shocked to hear the tragic news of the sudden demise of Shri Mintu Tamuli Ji, a young promising journalist from Arunachal. My heartfelt condolences and prayers for comfort to his family during this difficult period. May the soul of the departed attain Moksha. Om Shanti."
Expressing condolences on the sudden demise of Tamuli, the state's media community in a statement said that in heart and spirit it has lost a true son of the soil.
"We pray for the serenity of the departed soul and the family he leaves behind," it added.
The Arunachal Pradesh Youth Congress (APYC) has also mourned Mintu Tamuli's untimely demise.
Morning his demise, APYC president Geli Ete prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and in a condolence message, he said “With his loss, I have lost a personal brother and the state has lost a true son,”
