Arunachal's Aalo town in West Siang district, on December 2 got its first 400-capacity Multipurpose Hall, valued at Rs 5 crore, along with a Rs 5 crore walkway along the Yomgo Riverfront.
The ceremony was attended by Chief Minister Pema Khandu and four of his ministers, including local MLA and Sports Minister Kento Jini.
The chief minister stated, "The newly constructed Multipurpose Hall in Aalo is a testament to excellence in planning and execution. Its beauty and functionality reflect the hard work and dedication of the contractor and the executing agency—both of whom deserve appreciation for their commitment to quality and timely delivery. I dedicate this facility to the people of Aalo. It is my hope that this hall will not only serve as a venue for various events but also become a hub for community bonding and growth."
The newly inaugurated walkway along the banks of the majestic Yomgo River in Aalo is a true delight. With its serene ambiance and breathtaking views, the walkway perfectly blends nature’s charm with modern design.
