3rd All Karbi Anglong Inter-College Karbi Cultural Competition Kicks off with Colourful Start

The 3rd All Karbi Anglong Inter College Karbi Cultural Competition has started amid much gaiety and enthusiasm. The colorful cultural competition will be held from 27-30 August 2019. The competition will be held at Waisong Stadium in Dongkamukam in West Karbi Anglong. The event is being organized by the Karbi Loh-Charli Jutang Aterank (KLJA) and is being powered by the Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council (KAAC).

The event started with Rongketong, a cultural procession, and was followed by unfurling of the organizational flag by president of Karbi Locharli Jutang Aterank (KLJA) Singja Tisso. The first day dedicated to Waisong Arani was inaugurated by Rupsing Teron, EM, KAAC. Karbi Cultural Society (KCS) President Chandrasing Kro and various other dignitaries were also present during the programme.
