ADC PULAK MAHANTA SUSPENDED FOR PASSING DEROGATORY REMARK ON CJI

Guwahati, October 22, 2018:

Additional Deputy Commissioner of Kamrup (Metro) Pulak Mahanta was suspended today for his indecent behavior.

Mahanta was seen insulting the Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi in a video. The incident dates back to October 16, when the CJI landed at the Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport.

When the CJI was heading for the Guard of Honour, the ADC was caught on camera saying “Heitu ahise, Bandha kori de, boja boja boja”.

The whole incident captured on the mobile phone of an unknown person was uploaded on the social media which soon the video went viral.
