Asom Jatiyatabadi Yuva Chatra Parishad (AJYCP) members on Tuesday waved black flags at Asom Gana Parishad (AGP) president Atul Bora in Assam’s Bokakhat to mark their protest against the 'Citizenship Amendment Act'.
The protesters poured out onto the streets and chanted ‘Atul Bora go back’, “CAA ami namanu” (won’t accept CAA), etc, waving black flags against the Minister’s convoy.
Recently, Atul Bora’s house was gheraoed by an angry mob of anti-CAB protesters, in Golaghat district of Assam.
Earlier, an irate mob consisting of Chhatra Mukti Sangram Samiti members, which is the student body of the KMSS, has surrounded Bora’s house and raised various slogans, leading to an atmosphere of doom and gloom in Bengenakhowa, where Bora’s house is located, when the Minister was in his house.
On the other hand, recently, an anti-Citizenship (Amendment) Act protester waved ‘black flag’ at Assam Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal during a Cinnamora tea estate Shramik Samaroh organized at Jorhat.

The anti-CAA activist turned up with a black flag in his hand at the front row close to the barricades during CM Sonowal’s presence, before raising slogans decrying the 'CAA'.
