Guwahati, August 24, 2019:

Asom Gana Parishad (AGP) leader Atul Bora is all set to grace the silver screen, as the Assam Minister has been roped in to play a role in an upcoming Assamese movie!

It has been reported that the senior AGP leader will play the role of a Minister (who could have guessed that?) in an upcoming movie called 'Lakhimi', which will be directed by Biswajeet Bora.

The upcoming film will reportedly be shot in Golaghat district of Assam.

As it turns out, Bora is no stranger to the art of acting. He recently told the media that he has acted in movies earlier.

Speaking to mediapersons, BorI love acting and this is not the first time that I will appear on the screen. I have acted in a number of plays and serials before."
