NSCN-K rebel apprehended

Guwahati, December 16, 2018:

A rebel of the SS Khaplang faction of the National Socialist Council of Nagaland (NSCN-K) was apprehended in eastern Nagaland's Mon town.

Fifty-year-old Yogpei Konyak of Phomching village was apprehended during a search operation by the security forces.

Some incriminating documents were recovered from his possession. He was later handed over to the police.
