Asom Gana Parishad's Student Wing 'Asom Chattra Parishad' Comes into Being

Guwahati, October 31, 2019:

Asom Gana Parishad (AGP) has formed a new students' organization Asom Chattra Parishad on October 31.

The members of the AGP announced that the students studying in any institute can be a member of the Asom Chattra Parishad.

Nine new parishads has been formed, namely Shakti Parishad, Praan Parishad, Mandal Parishad, Bidhan Parishad, Central Parishad, Parliamentary Parishad, Zila Parishad, Mahkuma Parishad, and Working Parishad.

According to the official information, the committee will have 12 vice presidents, 7 general secretaries, 14 secretaries, and one organizational secretary.
