ASSAM: 18 CHARGED IN MURDER CASE WERE SENTENCED LIFE IMPRISIONMENT

18 people were charged in the killing of two people namely Samer Ali and Bahar Ali in Katalamari, Dhubri in 2002. The District and the Session Court Judges reviewed the case and sentenced for lifetime imprisonment to all the accused namely who were involved in a fierce attack. The attackers are namely- Bahar Ali, Haran ali, Hasem Ali, Abdul Sabur, Akhtar Ali, Garib Ullah, Balai Mandal, Sabur Uddin, Chirajul Haque, Munnaf Ali, Jalal Uddin, Nur Uddin, Rahim Uddin, Surman Ali, Abdul Khaleque, Kasem Ali and Atuwar Ali.
