Assam: 3590 COVID cases registered, 17 patients succumbed to death

Assam registered 3590 COVID cases out of the 148780 samples tested in the last 24 hours. The positivity rate of the state now stands at 2.41 percent. The total cases in the state now stand at 180811 with 36112 active cases.

Informing this, the Health Minister of the State tweeted, “Alert ~ 3590 #COVID cases detected out of 148780 tests. I applaud the medical team for conducting more than 1 Lakh tests for the 3rd consecutive day. Positivity Rate ~ 2.41%

Recovered 143999
Active cases 36112

The state witnessed 1616 recoveries taking the total to 145615.
