ASSAM: BJP MLA RECEIVED NOTICE BY FOREIGNER'S TRIBUNAL

Ahead of the publication of Second draft of the NRC, the news of the notice by Foreigners Tribunal( FT) to the BJP MLA Kishor Nath from Borkhola constituency jolts the state . The Foreigners Tribunals 1, Cachar sent a notice to the BJP MLA apprehending him as doubtful citizen. He has been sent the notice to prove his citizenship and summon in front of a FT judge soon.

He along with seven members of his family are served with the notice which includes his wife Nilima Nath, his brothers Matilal Nath, Pradip Nath, Jagdish Nath, Manik Nath and his sister in law Rakhi Nath.

While the Prime Minister of the Country was all vocal and stern in his stand to deport the Bangladeshis from the soil of India before the 2014 General Elections, the news of a doubtful suspect from his own squad hints a deep contradiction to his proclamations.
