Assam BJP President casts doubt over Ram Vilas Paswan candidature

Guwahati, December 25, 2018:

Assam BJP president Ranjit Dass said that the selection of Ram Vilas Paswan for candidature in the Rajya Sabha is hypothetical just like the 1.9 crore Hindu-Bangladeshi influx in Assam.

The party president stated that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is all set for the Lok Sabha election campaign for which Prime Minister Narendra Modi would address the people of Silchar on January 4, 2019.

He further added that the party would announce the list of candidates for Dima Hasao on December 2 of this year.
