JORHAT: The death toll in the Jorhat-Majuli boat accident has mounted up to two as one more body was found on Saturday morning.
The body was identified as Indreswar Bora, who went missing after two ferries collided at Nimati ghat on Wednesday evening, recovered at Biswanath Ghat today.
The body has been recovered by the forest department officials and was identified by the documents recovered from a bag.

As per government record, there were 90 passengers in the ferry named Maa Kamala, which sank after the collision, and out of which 87 were rescued, two were missing and one named Parimita Das lost her life on the spot.
Another passenger named Dr Bikramjit Baruah is still missing remained untraced.
