ASSAM: DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS TAKEN AGAINST DTO DILIP DAS

In a latest update in Nalbari district of Assam, the Deputy Commissioner sealed the District Transport Officer's (DTO) cell. According to reports, strict disciplinary actions were taken against the present DTO Dilip Das for arriving late at the office. It may be noted that prior to this, the local people has complained several times against Dilip Das. Transport Minister Chandra Mohan Patowary personally ordered the Deputy Commissioner to take actions against the DTO.

According to sources, many complaints has been reported against DTO Dilip Das and the MVI to which the Deputy Commissioner finally sealed both the office today.
