Assam government to give 20 percent Durga Puja bonus to tea garden workers

The Assam government is likely to give 20 percent Durga Puja bonus to 20 lakh tea garden workers in the Brahmaputra valley

The tea workers from 870 gardens of the Brahmaputra valley will get 20 per cent puja bonus.

Assam Company India Limited has 14 gardens in Assam. Bonus arrangements have already been made. Tea garden workers will get 20 per cent bonus like last year. Other tea gardens in the state will give puja bonus at the same rate.
