The Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) will declare the HS 2020 results on June 25th, 2020. This was informed by the council Controller Pankaj Borthakur.
The council will send the result in pdf form to all higher secondary institutions in Assam and the hard copy of the mark sheets and certificates to schools within one week, he said.
The class 12 students who have appeared in the Assam HSSLC examination can check their results online at ahsec.nic.in after it is announced. Students will have to login by entering their credentials to check their SEBA HSSLC Result 2020.

The class 12 examination was conducted by the council from February 12th, 2020 to March 14th, 2020 at 772 exam centres across the state. Around 2.35 lakh students appeared in humanities, science, commerce, and vocational studies streams this year.
The Board of Secondary Education, Assam declared the results of the High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) examination 2020 on June 6th, 2020. The pass percentage was 64.8 this year which is higher than the last year.
Dhritiraj Bastav Kalita of Padum Pukhuri High School in Darrang district has topped the Assam HSLC, scoring 595 marks out of a total of 600.
The second rank was attained by Alangkrita Gautam Baruah from Salt Brook School in Dibrugarh, scored just 1 mark less than Dhritiraj, with an impressive total of 594 out of 600.
Debisma Priya Borah from Gyanjoti Academy, Jyotisman Deva Sarma from Sankardev Sishu Bidya Niketan, and Chaki G Bulton from St. Mary’s High School Guwahati are joint third rank holders, scoring 590, 590 and 591 marks respectively. About 3.58 lakh candidates appeared for the HSLC exams this time from Assam.
In 2019, overall pass was percentge 60.23. However, in 2020 overall pass percentage 64.8.
