ASSAM: LIGHTNING STRIKE KILLS ONE AND TWELVE GOT INJURED IN KOKRAJHAR

Lightning strike have killed one person and twelve are seriously injured today, at Bismuri Patgaon Kokrajhar. The injured ones have been admitted at RNB Civil Hospital Kokrajhar.

The people who died in lightning strike named Swmdwn Basumatary (24) was from Mwitabari Village. The injured ones named Pulmoti Narzary (38), Sujula Basumatary (11), Tubodar Muchahary (7), Pilimon Tirky (70), Sobai  Basumatary (40), Mithinga Narzary (20), Anjima Narzary (25).

Two childrens were injured by a tin roof that flew off from a nearby house.
