Assam: Man posting controversial comments using fake FB profile apprehended in Hojai

HOJAI: The Hojai police today apprehended one person who has been using his fake Facebook profile to post controversial comments and communal remarks since 2019.
The culprit has been identified as Faruk Ahmed Ansari from Lanka, Hojai.
According to the Hojai police, the culprit has been operating the fake Facebook profile by using the photo of an anonymous person as his profile picture in order to mislead and manipulate the social media users.
He is under police custody and further investigation is underway.
