ASSAM: NOT IDOLATRY, IT’S ANDROLATRY PEEKING THE STATE

A viral video where the family members of the hostage Gopal Upadhyay is seen worshiping the ULFA(I) chief Paresh Baruah pleading him for his release is giving new heights to androlatory.

But many questions come to fore at this point is it mere veneration or the pall of fear which has lead the family in undertaking such a situation after the abduction of Gopal Upadhayay by ULFA(I). Statements by Spl Director General of Police, Pallab Bhattacharya also reveal that a ransom of three crores has been demanded from Radha Chetia,  owner of the tea garden where Gopal Upadhyay is a clerk.

Thus it is a matter to ponder over if it's sheer fear which has lead humanity to go into androlatry?
