DIBRUGARH: The Dibrugarh Development Authority and Dibrugarh Town & Country Planning have convened a public meeting on 29th November at the Auniati Satra, Mancotta Kacharibari, Dibrugarh for their views and suggestions on the master plan, which is being prepared to keep in view the possible population growth, changes in demography, road connectivity, residential, commercial and industrial area expansion and other aspects of development till 2045.

Nektor Engineers & Project Consultants (NEPC) will present a data-based report with powerpoint presentation regarding the progress of the preparation of GIS-based Master Plan-2045 for Dibrugarh.
NEPC has been entrusted with the task of preparing the Dibrugarh Master Plan-2045, with a vision of prepare the master plan keeping in view all the possible changes that might happen in the next 25 years and to keep the scope for modification and inclusion in the future.
The master plan would cover an area of 391 square kilometers of Dibrugarh town and adjacent areas.
