HAILAKANDI: The students of Class V will be able to enroll online for appearing in the Navodaya Vidyalaya selection test for admission to Class VI.
Disclosing this information, District Development Commissioner, Ranajeet Kumar Laskar said students of Class V of government, government-aided and other recognized schools of the district can apply online for admission in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV) through selection tests for the session 2021-22 to be conducted on April 10 next year.

Laskar has asked the District Elementary Education Officer, Deputy Inspector of Schools and to take necessary steps for online registration of at least five students from every school of the district.
The district administration has directed the education officials and District Information and Public Relations Officer to use various platforms to give wide publicity about the ongoing online registration for appearing in JNV selection test and also about infrastructure and modern quality education imparted at JNVs free of cost, including boarding.
The process of online applications that began on October 22 will come to an end on December 15. Candidates may log on to www.navodaya.gov.in or may contact the principal of JNV.
