BCPL sanctions Rs 1.5 crore aide to Assam Medical College and Hospital with a vision of development

DIBRUGARH: The Brahmaputra Crackers and Polymer Ltd (BCPL), Dibrugarh has sanctioned a sum of Rs 1.5 crore to Assam Medical College and Hospital, Dibrugarh for the improvement of infrastructure projects.

"We, on behalf of AMCH fraternity acknowledge & extend our gratitude to the management of BCPL for their kind and noble gesture." - said Dr Sanjib Kakoti, Principal, AMCH.

As informed by Dr. Kakoti, a high level technical committee is taking care of this work.

The amount was sanctioned from BCPL's CSR account to the hospital as a response to the submission of proposalby the college authority with a vision of development of a state of art Emergency and Trauma Care with training facilities.

Above that, BCPL had also came forward with financial support to the hospital management society to meet urgent and emergency expenses to procure essential equipments and gadgets while dealing with the COVID 19 challenges.
