CM Sonowal Bollywood’s mega villain Amrish Puri and Himanta with Shakti Kapoor: Rupjyoti Kurmi

Guwahati, December 7, 2018:

Mariani MLA Rupjyoti Kurmi on Friday entitled Assam Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal as Bollywood’s mega villain Amrish Puri and Finance Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma as Shakti Kapoor.

Kurmi alleged that due to the greed for CM’s position, Sonowal did not opposed the Citizenship (Amnedment) Bill 2016 and Himanta Biswa Sarma has failed in fulfilling the commitments made to the people of Assam prior to the elections.

The comment was made during a Panchayat Election campaign in Chapar in Dhubri.

It may be mentioned that the campaign for the second phase of the election has begun. The polling will be held in 9428 polling stations out of which 3081 and 1666 are very sensitive.
