Domestic LPG cylinder prices increased by Rs15

GUWAHATI: The Oil marketing companies revised the prices domestic LPG cylinders today. The price of domestic LPG cylinders has been increased by Rs 15-the fourth straight increase in rates in less than two months.
Oil companies increased the price of 14.2 kg of bottles without a subsidy of Rs 15.

LPG Price in Assam (6th October 2021)
The LPG price in Assam is mainly determined by the state-run oil companies and the same is subject to change on a monthly basis based on the global crude fuel rates.
The Domestic LPG cylinder price in Assam (Guwahati) stands at Rs. 933.50.
The two main factors that determine the prices of LPG cylinders in India are the rupee exchange rate against the dollar and the global benchmark.
This was the second increase made by oil marketing companies (OMCs) in one month and the third in less than a month.
Meanwhile, the Petrol price on Wednesday was increased by 26-30 paise per litre and diesel by 34-37 paise a litre across the country.
