The eviction of illegal occupants in the fringe area of Kaziranga National Park will be conducted soon by the administration. This development comes after an order by the Gauhati High Court.

Earlier, eviction was done at Bandar Dubi and Deosur Sang in 2016. This time eviction drive will be conducted in Haldhibari and Panbari area.

More than 32 families have already been sent notice by the administration regarding the eviction.
