Guwahati-Bengaluru IndiGo flight diverted to Kolkata as pilot notices ‘caution message’

GUWAHATI: An Indigo Airlines flight headed from Guwahati to Bangalore was diverted to Kolkata, West Bengal, after the pilot observed a "caution message" after take off.

 

According to reports, the Indigo flight 6E- 291 was diverted to Kolkata after a caution message was observed by the pilot and a potential tragedy was averted.

Following the alert, all the standard operating procedures were followed and the aircraft landed at the  Kolkata airport safely.

 

The passengers were accommodated on another aircraft for their onward journey to the Karnataka capital Bengaluru.
