    Guwahati (Assam), Aug 13, 2018:

The 36-hour Assam bandh called by the All Assam Koch Rajbongshi Sanmilani on 14th & 15th August has been withdrawn. The organisation had earlier given the bandh call in protest against the Centre's alleged indifference towards its demands for creating a separate Kamatapur State and including Koch Rajbongshi community in Scheduled Tribes list.
