KOKRAJHAR: All Assam United Democratic Front (AIUDF) supremo Badruddin Ajmal today said that Himanta Biswa Sarma, Minister of Education, Health, and Finance, shall never be the Chief Minister of the State.

"Himanta Biswa Sarma cannot be chief minister of the state in his life and his political aspects are not seeing light," Ajmal said.

He said that Dr. Sarma's electioneering campaign that includes some eye-popping dancing moves is only meant to attract the common masses, but has nothing to offer the society."

"Dr Sarma's comments on Ajmal Foundation is not acceptable of the hour and Ajmal Foundation was working for the welfare and development services of the society", Ajmal added.

Dhubri Lok Sabha MP and AIUDF chief Maulana Badruddin Ajmal has also predicted that the Congress-AIUDF alliance will be the kingmakers in Bodoland Territorial (BTC) administration.

Ajmal while campaigning for the Congress-AIUDF party's candidates in Kokrajhar today said that no party can form the BTC government without support of the Congress-AIUDF in BTC.

He said that this time citizens in BTC are voting in favour of "change and development."

AIUDF contesting in 7 seats and Congress party in 13 constituencies in the council elections.

Dhubri MLA Nazrul Islam also claimed that Congress-AIUDF alliance party's candidates shall be getting the last laugh at the end of the polls.
