Himanta Biswa Sarma’s ‘dance’ video goes viral on Social Media

Tezpur, April 4, 2019:

In a rather interesting turn-of-events, Assam’s Finance Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma was seen in a never-before-seen avatar as the Finance Minister was seen ‘dancing’ in a BJP procession at Tezpur.

The video has since gone viral as people in the entire nation lapped up the visuals of the Finance Minister who exhibited his lighter side in the clip and could be visibly seen enjoying himself as the election drama reaches its full swing.

The NEDA Minister, who usually presents a gaunt and serious demeanor, was seen jigging and rhythmically raising his hands in a 'dance' while singing the Assam BJP anthem ‘Akou Ebar Modi Sarkar’ (once again, Modi’s Government).

The Minister was surrounded by scores of BJP workers and the procession was carried out to promote Tezpur's BJP candidate Pallab Lochan Das, who is locked in a toe-to-toe contest with former bureaucrat MGVK Bhanu, in what is shaping into the most salivating of contests in the NE region.
