KPC leader accused of plotting CM assassination apprehended in Delhi brought back to Manipur

Imphal, December 24, 2018:

Leader of rebel group Kangleipak Communist Party’s (KCP), Oinam Ibochouba apprehended in New Delhi has been brought back to Manipur on Monday.

Oinam was apprehended for allegedly threatening the Chief Minister N Biren Sigh to assassinate him and posting hate messages in social media against the CM.

Reportedly, Oinam was apprehended by a combined team of the state and Delhi Police Force on August 28 in New Delhi.
