ASSAM: NEW TRAIN TO SET IN MOTION

New train connecting Barak and Brahmaputra valley to be launched tomorrow

For better connectivity of the valleys, the Northeast Frontier Railway is all set to launch a new train. When talked to the correspondent of Insidene, Nipen Gohain,PRO of Northeast Frontier Railway informed that they will inaugurate the train in Dibrugarh around 7pm tomorrow. He further informed that it will be a regular weekly express between Dibrugarh and Silchar.

The chief minister of Assam, Sarbananda Sonowal, and minister of state of Railways, Rajen Gohain will jointly inaugurate the train from Dibrugarh tomorrow.

The regular services of the train will commence on April 16  from Dibrugarh and on 17 from Silchar.

The train will have AC 2 tier, AC3  tier, Sleeper class and Second class accommodation available
