No vehicles allowed to stop for more than 2 min in Bogibeel bridge

Guwahati, December 30, 2018:

Dhemaji district administration on Saturday issued guidelines for passengers crossing the Bogibeel bridge for the safety of passenger following the recent accident of a seven year old boy.

In the  guideline, it is stated, “No vehicles shall be allowed to stop for more than 2 minutes over the bridge on both sides. One who violates the rule will be penalised accordingly. Police and security forces will be deployed over the bridge to monitor the passengers.”
