Guwahati, April 3, 2019:

Congress president Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday announced to give Rs 3 lakh 60 thousand to the people earning less than Rs. 12,000 per month and this money would be recovered from Anil Ambani from his deal of Rafale.

Addressing the gathering at Bokakhat in Golaghat district, Rahul Gandhi said, “Four years back, Modi came and made different promises. He promised to give Rs 15 lakh each to the bank accounts of the people. Chawkidar has given Rs 30, 000 crore to Anil Ambani’s pocket. I also heard his speech about Rs 15 lakh and I thought this ‘Chowkidar’ lies all the time. So, I thought let me speak up some truth and asked my party workers how much money can we give the people. After six months of rigorous planning with the best economist, we came up with conclusion of Rs. 72,000 every year in everyone’s account.”

Slamming that Narendra Modi in five years has snatched the jobs of crores of youth, Congress president said, “20 percent people in India earn less than Rs. 12,000 in a month. After coming into power, the Congress will enlist the names of these people and give this sum of money to them. This money will go directly into the bank accounts in the name of the women’s accounts. In five year, the Congress party will give Rs 3 lakh 60 thousand to these people. This money will come from the pocket of Anil Ambani.”
