Section 144 CrPC in firing range of 21st AP (IR) Battalion at Katlicherra

Hailakandi, November 21, 2018:

Section 144 CrPC will be in force at the firing range of 21^st AP (IR) Battalion headquarters at Katlicherra from November 25 onwards.

The district administration has decided to clamp Section 144 within a radius of 500 metre of the firing range as a preventive measure to ensure that no person enters into during the firing practice by personnel of the battalion.

An order issued by Additional District Magistrate, Hailakandi, Amalendu Roy on Monday promulgates Section 144 with effect from November 25 to December 25 from 6 am to 4 pm.
