Assam: Student injured in Bongaigaon after truck collides with car on NH 27

A tragic road accident took place on National Highway 27 at Chaprakata in Bongaigaon, leaving one youth critically injured. The incident took place when a four-wheeler, bearing the registration number AS 01 BB 9688, was struck from behind by a truck. 

The injured individual, identified as a student of Bongaigaon College, was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital by local residents who arrived at the scene. The collision occurred as the vehicle was traveling along the highway, resulting in significant damage to the car. 

Authorities are investigating the circumstances that led to the crash, while the student's condition remains under close medical observation.
