Himanta takes a dig at Rahul over "coal in a stove"

Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma raised eyebrows on January 24 as he took a jibe at Congress leader Rahul Gandhi questioning his remarks about "coal on the stove."

In a witty post shared on the microblogging site X, Sarma quipped, "Coal on the stove??? We were emerging from the matter of making gold from your potatoes that you put coal in the stove and put us in a dilemma. Are you conscious?"

Sarma's remark comes in response to Rahul Gandhi's statement, where he made a reference to coal being used in stoves.
