6 terrorists, including 2 Pak nationals, encountered in Kashmir

SRINAGAR: Six terrorists, including two from Pakistan, have been killed in two separate encounters with the security forces in Anantnag and Kulgam districts of Jammu and Kashmir.

The first encounter started at Nowgam Anantnag where a policeman was injured in the shootout. In an ensuing gun battle, three terrorists, including a Pakistani terrorist, were killed.

Soon after, security forces launched another operation at Mirhama in Kulgam where three terrorists were killed in a brief encounter.

Police believe another terrorist is hiding in the area.
