ASSAM: BHUMI PUJON IS A SUPERSTITIOUS STEP: RIPON BORA

The Congress Party celebrates the 48th birthday of the president of Indian National Congress. While Ripon Bora also raised his opinion regarding the delay in the release of the NRC list framing it as a kind of failure by the government.
