Assam State Election Commissioner arrives on two day visit to Haflong.

Guwahati, December 18, 2018:

Assam State election commissioner Harendra Nath Bora has arrived in Haflong on a two-day visit program starting today.

The State Election commissioner sat in the meeting and discussed various issues with the political parties and administration of Dima Hasao district.

He also announced that the Northeast Chachar Hills Autonomous Council’s Member of Autonomous Council (MAC) election will be held on January 2019.
