Bangladesh Aircraft crashes in Tribhuvan International Airport at Kathmandu on Monday afternoon. The plane became unstable while landing and crashed. 67 passengers died and 17 were injured. injured passengers were sent immediately to different hospitals for treatment.
The Airport Authority and Nepal Army have started rescue operation. Several bodies have been recovered from the crash site. The director general of civil Aviation Authority of Nepal Sanjiv Gautam stated that the aircraft was permitted to land from the southern side of the recovery, but it landed from the northern side. The state of the other people on the flight from the Bangladeshi capital, Dhaka, operated by US- Bangla Airlines, was not clear, stated by airport spokesman Birendra Prasad Shrestha.
