Former Indian opening batsman and current Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP Gautam Gambhir has received death threats from ‘ISIS Kashmir’ and he has approached Delhi Police with a complaint.
Gambhir has also demanded extra security after receiving death threats.
Gautam Gambhir the former Indian opening batsman has played 58 Test matches, 147 One Day Internationals games and 37 T20 International games for the team and has scored 4154, 5238, 932 runs. He is popularly known for playing the match-winning knocks in India’s ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2007 and ICC ODI World Cup 2011 triumph
Meanwhile, Gambhir has also led Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) towards two famous title wins in 2012 and 2014.
