IMPHAL: A 13-year-old minor girl who went missing on June 23 was rescued on June 25 and police have detained four suspects involved in the kidnapping.
According to the sources, the minor girl, from Manipur’s Nagamapal Kangjabi, Imphal East district has been reported missing since 3 p.m. on June 23. The girl was also last seen with two unknown ladies.
She was rescued the morning, June 25 and taken to RIMS Hospital, where forensic doctors examined her.

The four people arrested have been identified as Khoisnam Rebecca (19), Sumitra Heisnam(20), Jagadish Heisnam (29-year-old man) and Soubam Tayalsana Devi (19).
According to the sources, Khoisnam Rebecca, the daughter of Kh. Binoy Singh of Luker Mamang Leikai, was arrested at her home at 4 a.m. on June 25.
In girl's house numberless TVS Jupiter scooters was recovered, which were utilised to transport girl on June 23.
The police team tracked down the kidnapped girl and retrieved her from a residence in Konthoujam Mamang Leikai after knowing of her location. Two people were also detained for concealing and sheltering the girl.
The suspects are being brought before the CJM Imphal West with a five-day police custody stay petition for a more efficient and successful investigation.
