IMPHAL: Manipur today received fifteen basic life support ambulances to keep up the fight against COVID19 in the State.

The National Highways & Infrastructure Development Corporation today donated the ambulances to the State Health department. Manipur Chief Minister N. Biren Singh extended his gratitude towards the NHIDC's gesture amid surge in COVID19 cases. Singh formally distributed the ambulances.

Taking it to Twitter, Singh said, "Glad to distribute 15 Basic Life Support Ambulances, donated by National Highways & Infrastructure Development Corporation, to Health Dept., Manipur. My gratitude to @nhidcl for the generosity that will immensely help in our fight against the #COVID19 2nd wave in the State."
