MANIPUR | KCP (PWG) member nabbed from house in Thoubal

Thoubal, March 3, 2019:

The CDO of Thoubal district at 07:45 am on Sunday arrested one Maisnam Ratan Singh (24), son of Sanathoi Singh of Tentha Khunou Awang Leikai, from his place of residence.  Singh is a member of the proscribed Kangleipak Communist Party, People’s War Group KCP (PWG).

The militant joined the KCP (PWG) in November 2018 through one Amarjit of Khangabok and he was involved in extortion of money from Schools of Khangabok and Bishnupur areas.
